The location is excellent - a three-storey hotel building is beautiful - a great view from the hotel - especially impressive when everything is illuminated at night. Our reception staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Nevertheless, the staff canteen have left a good impression, it is not served. On the table a bad choice and hot meals are very poor quality.	8

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location only 10 minutes walk to downtown. The hotel has a private underground garage, very convenient and useful.	10

This is a real find. Absolutely the best hotel in this price range. Excellent location with superb views of the cathedral, especially at night under illumination of monasteries. Though my Spanish is good enough to register all employees speak English. I dwell in this hotel, if Ive ever come back here.	10
