Location. Very friendly staff in general and especially the people they serve breakfast service
Excessive heat in the plant room. The Hotel is right but I think perhaps too much to call it 4 *. The two lifts damaged in a number of hours that caused inconvenience to many customers. It seemed slow to resolve this issue. while I understand that depends more on maintenance that has contracted the Hotel.

Best of the hotel was quiet. Seldom can stay in a hotel without hearing what everyone else does by corridors or rooms. The location is very central for those who go without a car in Barcelona and the metro stops running at 12 so as to go to dinner at the gothic quarter was not easy. the attention of the staff has been excellent
subway noise is quite molesto.La room had no light. The shower had no pressure, the bathroom door would not close but then it was fixed. The bed was very old. Not a four star hotel, at most three.

good price - quality, location and treatment. It is ideal to walk to the main attractions of Barcelona.

If location in the downtown
