The staff was friendly and helpful, the room has never earned three stars. Showers in the bathtub, the tapestry hung from the walls. DAs room was not comfortable. Overlooking the backyard. Beds too soft.	4

staff work - If the guest when booking chose non-smoking room, and then relocate it to a non-smoking room. non-smoking room - a number which have never smoked, but not the one that aired just after the last guest. in the room, where smoking, carpet, bedspreads, wall always smelled of tobacco.	6

The hotel is located 7 minutes walk from the subway station, which allows you to attend all relevant tourist attractions in Moscow and the price is fair compared to other hotels.
